At PatternNovo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital patterns.

Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable digital files, refunds are handled differently from physical products. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted.

1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day refund period from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days at hello@patternovo.com. We will review every request fairly and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds may be approved in situations including, but not limited to:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

• The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

• You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased files and we cannot resolve the issue.

• The product you received is materially different from its description on our website.

• You purchased the wrong pattern and have not downloaded or extensively used the files (requests are reviewed individually).

• Other circumstances where, at our reasonable discretion, a refund is appropriate.

3. Refund Requests That May Be Declined

To protect our designers and prevent abuse, refund requests may be declined if:

• The request is submitted more than 60 days after purchase.

• The product has been substantially used while the refund request is based solely on a change of mind.

• The customer requests a refund after downloading, copying, sharing, distributing, or reselling the files in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

• The request is fraudulent or involves abuse of our refund policy.

• A payment dispute or chargeback has already been initiated before contacting us to resolve the issue.

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can assist before initiating a payment dispute.

4. Replacement Files

If your files are damaged, incomplete, or unavailable for download, we will first attempt to provide replacement files or restore access.

If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us.

Once verified, we will gladly refund the duplicate purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

• The email address used for your purchase

• Your order number (if available)

• The product name

• A brief explanation of the reason for your request

Providing complete information helps us process your request more quickly.

7. Processing Time

We aim to review refund requests within 2–5 business days.

If approved, refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

8. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchases and may be contested with supporting transaction records.
